These messages contain the exact details of your chauffeur, allowing you to organise yourself with complete peace of mind. Please ensure your phone is on and accessible, and that your contact information is up to date in your booking.

π 2. Contacting your chauffeur
We strongly recommend that you contact them approximately 15 minutes before your arrival at the drop-off point of the airport or train station.
This contact is essential for the chauffeur to:

- Prepare the pick-up under the best conditions
- Minimise your waiting time

π 3. Where to find your chauffeur?
The chauffeur will be waiting for you directly at the drop-off point of the terminal or hall mentioned in your booking, at the agreed time. They will be wearing a blue polo/jacket/parka with the Blue Valet logo for easy identification.
