If you haven't been able to reach your valet, don't worry, he's probably driving or hasn't started his day's work yet, and you're his first customer. He will call you back quickly.
Your valet waits for your call 15 minutes before you arrive so that you can confirm your arrival. If you try to reach him to adjust your appointment time by more than 30 minutes or for any other matter, you can reach Customer Service via our contact form between 8am and 6pm or on 09 78 46 00 14 for urgent inquiries between 9am and 5pm.
If you have been waiting for more than 30 minutes in relation to the pick-up time indicated in your reservation and this is outside the opening hours of our customer service department, we apologize and ask you to park in a car park (other than the drop-off area or a premium car park) at the airport or station and to send us a complaint via the contact form for no-show valet parking. Our customer service department will respond to you within the day.
