You will receive an SMS two hours before your vehicle is due to be collected, giving you the contact details of the valet and the meeting point.
As for returning the vehicle, you will receive an SMS 4 hours before the scheduled landing time. Don't hesitate to wait a little while for the network to come back once you've landed to check the text message.
