To request a change of schedule, date, or vehicle:
Direct booking:
- If your reservation and/or the requested change for the pick-up or drop-off of your vehicle is made in less than 48 hours, for reasons of availability, please contact our customer service via the contact form during opening hours (8am to 6.30pm every day and by telephone from 8pm to midnight with the on-call service on +33 9 78 46 00 14 for urgent changes only).
- If your reservation and/or the change you wish to make to the pick-up or drop-off of your vehicle is more than 48 hours away, you can do so via your personal space. All you have to do is go to "My bookings" and then click on modify.
The fare will be readjusted automatically, and you will be informed of the amount due.
If your card is registered, this amount will be deducted from your card when you return the vehicle.
If your card is not registered, a payment link will be sent to you automatically once the modification has been validated.
Booking made via a travel agency:
If you are a partner, please email us on the contact form, choosing the category "reservation modification +48h (travel agency)".
Booking made via a platform:
If you have made your reservation via a platform (travelcar, Parkvia, Onepark, parkos, parkclick, looking4parking), please go to the platform to make your change.
(If you wish to make a change on Friday evening for Monday morning, please contact us using the contact form for a change in less than 48 hours, contact form).
Our customer service is open Monday to Sunday from 8am to 6.30pm (by email).
