If you have any important problem with your vehicle or your reservation, you can contact our Customer Service.
If you have a problem outside of Customer Service opening hours (Monday to Sunday from 5 am to midnight), please send us an email to customerservice@bluevalet.fr. Our agents will give you an answer within 12 hours of receiving your email.
For an emergency concerning the return of a vehicle in the evening or the same morning ONLY, outside of Customer Service hours, you can exceptionally call the number of the valet concerned by the pick-up or drop-off of your vehicle.
