For a complaint, we invite you to fill in the complaint form.
Our agents will answer you as soon as possible after receiving your email. If you are late dropping off your vehicle, if you are less than 30 minutes late you can contact your valet (see "how to contact my valet").
If not, we invite you to contact customer service at +33 9 78 46 00 14 during its opening hours (9am-5pm 7 days a week). If your vehicle has been damaged and is therefore immobilized, we invite you to contact our customer service by phone as well, an emergency line is available until 0:00 to answer you. Please note that during these hours (8pm-0am), if your request is not urgent, our agents are obliged to ask you to contact us later.
Finally, for an emergency concerning the return of a vehicle in the evening or the morning ONLY, outside of Customer Service hours, you can exceptionally contact the number of the valet concerned by the pick-up or return of your vehicle.
