Our comfort option allows you to be covered in case of unforeseen events: cancelled or postponed trip, personal reasons or booking modification.
This 5 euro option has been put in place to allow our customers to cancel their reservation and to be reimbursed on the payment method up to 24 hours before departure time, after this time in bluevalet credits valid for 3 years,
It also allows us to avoid fees in the case of a change of reservation which can be from 5€ to 15€ per modification.
