However, certain changes have a direct impact on our operational organisation. Amendment fees may therefore apply, depending on the type of change and its timing.
🔁 In what cases do these fees apply?
The amendment fees are charged when you request a change to the pickup or return time that is more than 1 hour compared to the originally booked time.
If the change is requested more than 24 hours before the service, the fee is €9 VAT included. If the change is requested less than 24 hours before the service, the fee is €15 VAT included.
✅ We automatically offer you a 1-hour tolerance, free of charge.
💰 What is the amount of the fees?
The amount varies depending on the notice period you give us:

✅ What flexibility is offered free of charge?
For customers who have not opted for the cancellation option, we offer a free tolerance of up to 1 hour deviation from the originally scheduled time, at no cost.
Example: you change from 10:00 to 10:45 → free of charge.
You change from 10:00 to 11:30 → applicable fees depending on the notice period.
⚙️ Why are these fees charged?
These fees cover the actual operational costs incurred by changes outside the standard framework:
Mobilisation or reassignment of valets, Real-time logistical reorganisation, Additional travel or waiting times.

Add the cancellation option to your booking for complete flexibility at no extra cost. Be sure to check your flight or train times before booking.
