To ensure that any claim regarding the condition of your vehicle is admissible, a contradictory inspection must be carried out at the time of return.
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, if the return takes place without the valet being present, it is the Customer’s responsibility to take both close-up and wide-angle photos of the reported damage at the drop-off location. These images, along with a detailed claim description, must be sent by email on the same day to our Customer Service team the contact form.
If this contradictory inspection is not carried out and/or the required documents are not sent within the specified timeframe, no claim can be considered.
