When the customer is asked to pay for a drop-off ticket when returning their vehicle, here is the procedure to follow:
- Check the validity of the ticket: The valet always issues a valid ticket for the drop-off point. If the customer has to pay a fee, this may be due to the use of an old ticket left in the vehicle (for example, the pick-up ticket).
- Inform Blue Valet immediately: The customer should contact customer services by filling in the contact form to explain the situation, providing details of how the ticket was paid for, ideally with proof (such as a photo of the ticket or a receipt).
- Verification and resolution: Blue Valet will verify the circumstances and may, depending on the analysis, offer a commercial gesture, such as credit (immediate) or a full refund of the ticket to the bank account (within 10/15 working days)
However, if the customer has used the wrong ticket or has not followed the instructions, Blue Valet will not be able to reimburse the costs. (see general terms and conditions of sale: article 6.10)
